Terms & Conditions for Free Gift Redemption »
  • Only two methods are valid for the free gift(s) redemption: invitation letter from Friso® OR proof of purchase of one Friso® Mum Gold / Friso® Gold 3 / Friso® Gold 4 pack
  • Photocopied invitation letters are not valid for the free gift(s) redemption
  • Only the barcode and tin foil from Friso® Mum Gold / Friso® Gold 3 / Friso® Gold 4 pack can be used as proof of purchase
  • Proof of purchase from Frisolac® Comfort, Frisolac® Gold 1 and Frisolac® Gold 2 is not valid for the free gift(s) redemption
  • The free gift(s) redemption goes by the child’s head count, accompanied with one invitation letter OR one proof purchase for each child
  • Examples:
    • One invitation letter from Friso® is entitled to one free gift should one child be present. If two children are present and only one invitation letter is used, only one free gift will be given
    • One proof of purchase entitles the bearer to one free gift only. If two children are present and only one proof of purchase is used, only one free gift will be given
    • Should two (or more) proofs of purchase be used to redeem but only one child is present, only one free gift will be given.
    • Should one invitation letter and one (or more) proof of purchase be used together but only one child is present, only one free gift will be given
    • Should two proofs of purchase be used for redemption and two children are present, two free gifts will be given
    • Should one invitation letter and one proof of purchase be used and two children are present, two free gifts will be given
  • The free gift(s) availability is on a first come first serve basis and whilst stocks last
  • The free gift(s) is not exchangeable for cash / cannot be resold
  • Dutch Lady Malaysia Industries Berhad (DLMI) will not replace the free gift(s) in any given consequence
  • The free gift(s) redemption is at the discretion of DLMI
  • Friso® reserves the right to change, modify or amend the terms & conditions herein at any time without notice
